Delegia Meeting System (DMS) is a web-based SaaS (Software as a service) solution to administrate attendees for larger meetings, to manage an entire website for your meeting et cetera.
The entire solution can be graphically adjusted to have the same profile as your meeting or company and it has many special functions just for meetings.

All of the registration is made in the web-based interface. No software needs to be installed. As an organizer, both you and your partner have access to the system all the time, as long as you have an Internet connection.

How to buy DMS?
Delegia Meeting System is used in many ways depending on the volume of meetings and attendees that you have. Today we have customers that make one meeting for 100 persons once a year up to organizations that make hundreds of meetings with up to several thousands of attendees.

Project - If you have one meeting a year we make a contract for just that meeting.

Subscription - For organizations with a lot of meetings every year.

Enterprise - For organizations with more than 100 meetings a year or more than 20 000 annual registrations. Can be installed in your own server environment.
