When it is time to follow up your meeting and you need to collect your attendees opinions, the survey module is available. This module is an integrated part of Delegia. You can choose to send surveys to some or all of the participants. The survey is sent to the participants' mailboxes and you can set up different surveys for different groups. For example: All participants for day 1 answer questions regarding speakers from day 1 and participants from day 2 will see the questions for second day.
A survey can be designed in the system just like a registration with
graphic templates, texts, images, and different kinds of questions.
The survey can consist of one or several pages.
You can also use dependent questions - questions that only will show
up if other questions already have been answered.
When the participants have answered the survey, the statistics and
reports are available immediately in the Delegia Organizer. You will
find pie diagrams, charts and text answers. If you want to download
all information and process it in your own computer, you can download the information in Microsoft Excel format.
As an organizer you don't have to wait for the result - you can
follow the results while people are answering.
