Helpdesk
This is one or more computers manned with hosts or hostesses. Here they handle persons that need any kind of help on-site; forgotten badges are printed quickly, changes in orders and payments are made and new registrations are printed.
You can make new registrations and search for people who have been registerered.

Checkpoint registration with bar code readers
For fast registration of attendees passing by or registration of attendees at seminars, you can use our offline or online bar code readers. These readers are optimized for meetings and can communicate with the entire Delegia Meeting System online or offline.

All reports and statistics from passages can be collected as reports directly in the system. If you search for single attendees there is a possibility to see if the have arrived or not.

Self registration
If you have a lot of attendees that haven't registered on the Internet like in large trade fairs, and need to be managed on-site, you can use the Self Registration Module. Here the attendees can register themselves and print their own badges.
