Hotel and travel

Hotel and travel is used in the system with allotments. Every hotel is registered with information about the number of nights available and how many rooms that are available for each category (single, double et cetera) each night. This makes it easy and flexible to handle all kinds of meetings. You can also avoid manual work.


In the registration form you can
choose to present hotels in different ways, depending on the circumstances of your project. For example, you can make it possible for the attendee to show his or her interest in booking a hotel room. You can also determine that a specific hotel only can be chosen during a specific period of time.

Double rooms and room-mates
The system has advanced functions for matching people who want to stay in a double room. This can be done automatically in the registration or by using a matching tool from the Delegia Organizer Area.

 

Rooming lists
An important part of the hotel management is to have accurate and fast access to rooming lists to send to the hotels. In the system, you have the possibility to create freezing points where the information is freezed. You can then compare information with different points in time and get lists of changes; Which persons have changed? Which persons are new? Which persons are gone?

By generating a list of changes, you can keep the hotel updated with changes anytime. You can of course also directly create reports about, for example, a specific single room and a specific hotel.

With the permission module you can give your partner a direct login to the system where the hotels can get access to the hotel reports.

Travel
Allotments for travel is almost the same as for hotels. You can create travel allotments for different travels, such as "200 persons from Amsterdam to New York with a specific flight".
