The Financials-module in Delegia is your own ERP system for meetings! Here are possibilities to take care of all financial transactions with delegates and participants within your meeting.
You get a quick overview of the
financial situation in your project. All of the functionality is
gathered in one place. There are all kinds of ways to handle
transactions with your attendees; paper invoices, PDF invoices, card
transactions and cash payment.
Invoicing
Invoices can be designed in the Invoice Designer. You can customize the invoices to your needs, for instance by using your own logotypes. Invoices can be created in different ways; immediately after a
single registration, batch-running with several hundreds of invoices,
on paperor as a PDF file which is e-mailed to the customer. Do you use any other kind of electronic invoicing system? No problem - Delegia can be
adjusted to work with that system.
Credit card transactions
Card payment is an easy and fast way to secure the payments in
your project. When direct card payment is used during registration, your money is
guaranteed before the registration is finished.
Delegia is integrated with most card payment processors and
can handle cards like VISA, MasterCard, Amex et cetera. We can handle
different kinds of aquirers and currencies.
Integrations
If you come from a large organization that has its own ERP system with a lot of registrations and invoices, we can fully integrate that system with Delegia. We have a
